DELIVERY IN 1-5 WORKING DAYS WITH DHL EXPRESS OR FEDEX EXPRESS (where available). SHIPPING TO RUSSIA COULD TAKE UP TO 25 DAYS.

Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive the tracking number with which you can track your order at any time.

FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE ON ORDERS OVER 200 €

On orders equal or under 200 € will be applied the following shipping cost: 

9 € To European countries

19 € Rest of the world

TAXES and DUTIES
PRICES ARE ALL INCLUSIVE, INCLUDE VAT OR DUTIES, IMPORT FEES AND LOCAL TAXES.

Shipments destined for countries inside the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation declaring the value of the merchandise.
THE INVOICING TO EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS IS NOT AUTOMATIC AS THE ON-LINE SHOP IS INTENDED FOR PRIVATE CUSTOMERS, SO IF YOU NEED AN INVOICE PLEASE ADD YOUR FULL COMPANY INFORMATION WITH VAT NUMBER IN THE DELIVERY NOTES, OR BY E-MAIL RIGHT AFTER PURCHASING WITHIN THE SAME DAY.

All shipments destined for countries outside the European Union, as required by Customs regulations, are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the merchandise.

RETURNS
If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Just drop us an email at orders@casbia.com.

FREE RETURN ON ORDERS OVER 200€ - except RUSSIA and AUSTRALIA.

For orders under 200€ or coming from Russia or Australia, please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in the return transit. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will start processing the exchange or the refund. Refunds can only be returned to the original method of payment.
